Until Google finally does a blanket approach for all languages, you may want to check out existing tech that could very well be the solution they will offer in the future like &lt;a href="http://morphexchange.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;Morph eXchange&lt;/a&gt; which caters to Rails at present.
